OUR REPAIR PROCESS

Repairs are performed to the highest possible standards and following a strict procedure:

  • You send us your part. When we collect the part it is allocated to an expert technician.
  • The technician disassembles the part and does a technical evaluation. He lists all (spare) parts that need to be replaced. If wanted, the customer can get a quote.
  • A root cause analysis is done to determine the performance of the part.
  • All failed, weakened and historically failed components are replaced with high-quality items.
  • Mechanical parts undergo a thorough cleaning.
  • All remanufactured parts are subjected to rigorous testing.
  • In case you want this, the part gets a new paint layer in the paintshop.
  • And finally, the repaired part is prepped for packing and will be sent back to you.
